Restoration Place Counseling’s System of Fees and Payments:

One-on-one counseling fees are based on a sliding scale depending on annual household income. It is our desire to make sure that your sessions are affordable to you. For individual, couple, or family therapy, the scale ranges from $25 to $100 per 55-minute session with licensed therapists. Session fees with our Counselor Intern range from $5 – $35. Clients are expected to provide proof of annual household income (AHI) to qualify for the sliding scale and determine their fee. Examples of AHI include, but are not limited to, paycheck stub, most recent tax return, letter of termination, unemployment benefits paperwork, or disability paperwork.

Fees are due on or before the day of the services rendered and payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. There is a $2 convenience fee for credit card transactions.

We are an in-network provider for BlueCross BlueShield insurance and Cigna insurance and will submit claims on your behalf.* You are responsible for knowing your coverage, including knowledge of co-pay, annual deductibles and co-insurance amounts. If insurance fails to pay or denies your claim, you will be responsible for the full session payment of the total allowable amount contracted and set by the insurance company.

Although we are not in-network with any other insurance plan/provider at this time, we can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.

*Note: We do not accept Medicaid/Medicare or BCBS as a secondary insurance.

How to Schedule An Appointment:

Our Intake Coordinator is available Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM to receive your call and schedule your first time appointment. Call 336.542.2060, ext. 109. If no one is able to answer your call, please leave a message on the confidential voice mail system. We will return your call no longer than 24 hours from the time of your call. It is our desire to match you with the absolute best counselor to meet your personal needs, so we will gather some information from you before connecting you with your counselor.

We make every effort to schedule your first appointment within one to two weeks of your initial call. However, evening appointment times may take up to four weeks for availability. We understand how difficult it is to make that first call. We are here to help you and consider it our greatest honor to do so.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Without such advance notice, you will be responsible for paying for the session missed.
