Restoration Place Counseling’s System of Fees and Payments:
One-on-one counseling fees are based on a sliding scale depending on annual household income. It is our desire to make sure that your sessions are affordable to you. For individual, couple, or family therapy, the scale ranges from $5 to $75 per one-hour session. Clients are expected to provide proof of annual household income (PAHI) to determine their fee. Examples of PAHI include, but are not limited to, paycheck stub, most recent tax return, letter of termination, unemployment benefits paperwork, or disability paperwork.
Fees are due on or before the day of the services rendered and payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. There is a $2 fee for credit card transactions. We do not file insurance.
