Candace McDonald, Executive Assistant to Director

Candace McDonald is a native of beautiful East Tennessee and a 1995 graduate of Carson Newman University with a BA in Psychology. She joined Restoration Place Counseling in 2018 to work alongside Cindy Mondello as her Executive Assistant. Prior to her position at RPC, Candace worked outside of the home for 10 years in sales and marketing. She then chose to follow her passion of investing in the hearts and minds of her three children by providing a home-based education for 10 years. Since relocating with her husband of 17 years from sunny Central FL to Greensboro (2015), Candace has become active in her community by serving on a non-profit board, volunteering at her church, and working as a substitute teacher and school volunteer. Heather Oakley, Billing Administrator/Accounts Payable and Receivable

Heather OakleyHeather Oakley serves as the Billing Administrator for RPC, as well as handling all accounts payable and receivable. Heather is primarily responsible for administering all aspects of insurance — verifying benefits, claims submissions, reporting and collection. She also handles all transactions for accounts payable/receivable.

Heather has an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Randolph Community College. She is also a licensed NC Real Estate Agent. Prior to coming to Restoration Place, she worked in many facets of the furniture industry and for a local real estate office as their office manager. In 2011, she attended her first Restoration Runway show and was hooked! In 2012, she volunteered on the fashion committee. After that initial step into volunteering for RPC, she felt a calling to become more involved with this ministry., (336) 542-2060 ext. 103

Tara Beal, Receptionist/Intake Coordinator

Tara Beal, was born in New York, but has lived in NC for most of her life.  She attended UNCG where she studied Elementary Education.  She taught young elementary and preschool children for 16 years.  She is married to her husband Shane and they have 3 children.  

Tara serves as the Receptionist and Intake Coordinator for RPC. She is ready to assist a new client with scheduling a first appointment and to answer any questions clients may have. In addition, Tara keeps the office stocked and organized so clients have an inviting environment to receive counseling. Tara leads a bible study at her church, which has sparked a desire to help women along their faith journey.  She is excited to welcome the clients who walk through our doors as they journey towards restoration., (336) 542-2060 ext. 109
