Heather OakleyHeather Oakley serves as the Business Manager for RPC. This position serves as the “right hand” to the Executive Director and is responsible for the general operations of the business, including oversight of billing and scheduling. 

Heather has an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Randolph Community College. She is also a licensed NC Real Estate Agent. Prior to coming to Restoration Place, she worked in many facets of the furniture industry and for a local real estate office as their office manager. In 2011, she attended her first Restoration Runway show and was hooked! In 2012, she volunteered on the fashion committee. After that initial step into volunteering for RPC, she felt a calling to become more involved with this ministry., (336) 542-2060 ext. 103


Tara Beal, was born in New York, but has lived in NC for most of her life.  She attended UNCG where she studied Elementary Education.  She taught young elementary and preschool children for 16 years.  She is married to her husband Shane and they have 3 children.  

Tara serves as the Receptionist and Intake Coordinator for RPC. She is ready to assist a new client with scheduling a first appointment and to answer any questions clients may have. In addition, Tara keeps the office stocked and organized so clients have an inviting environment to receive counseling. Tara leads a bible study at her church, which has sparked a desire to help women along their faith journey.  She is excited to welcome the clients who walk through our doors as they journey towards restoration., (336) 542-2060 ext. 109


Tamra Forsman has a passion for counseling, but also insurance. This is why her position as Billing Specialist at RPC is such a great fit. She has a background in office management for healthcare facilities as well as crisis centers. She uses her knowledge to help everyone understand and navigate the complications of insurance plans so they can focus on their own health and healing. In addition to billing, Tamra will also serve as an assistant in the areas of marketing and event planning. Her many years in church ministry and non-profit operations have taught her a vast array of skills in managing events, promotion and media.

Tamra and her husband, Todd, have served in 10 states reaching families through church ministry  and crisis centers. Currently, she is completing her degree in Psychology (after a long break to raise her family) and hopes to pursue a masters in counseling eventually. Tamra and Todd have three children (one in college and 2 teens), and she loves making life special for her family. Tamra has seen the impact that counseling can make in the lives of people and wholeheartedly believes in the mission of RPC., (336) 542-2060 ext. 104
